Coating Technologies

  • High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Spraying (HVOF) able to process powders and suspensions
  • Processing of nano powders is possible
  • System TopGun™; fuelled with acetylene, ethene, propane, hydrogen and kerosene
  • Atmospheric Plasma Spraying (APS). Diverse DC based single cathode torches (GTV F1, F4, F6); three cathode torch (GTV Magnum)
  • Plasma gases: argon, helium, hydrogen and nitrogen
  • Electric wire arc spraying
  • Three spray cabinets with 6 axis industrial robots
  • All cabinets are equipped with PLC: Siemens S7
