High Velocity Solution precursor spraying (HVSPFS) is a coating deposition process that uses conventional HVSFS spray equipment, and solution precursors, rather than ceramic or metal suspensions, as starting materials. Solution precursor spraying promises some key advantages such as nano structured coatings, complete control over the coating chemistry and novel combinations of deposits.
